IBM Support

DataPower XML Management interface and REST Management Interface commands for API Subscriber status might not return full list of API Subscribers.

Troubleshooting

Problem

If there are more than 100 subscribers, then the API Subscriber status provider on the XML Management Interface or REST Management interface might not return complete results.

Symptom

Users might see more subscribers when they view subscribers by using the CLI command show api-subscriber-status or the DataPower UI (status>system>API subscriber status).
