Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to start the Datacap Taskmaster Server (DCTMS) service following an in-place upgrade of Microsoft Windows.
"Could not start service.
Make sure the service is mapped to the correct executable and
the executable can access all it's components
Cannot start service DCTMS on computer"
