Datacap Rulerunner Service get stopped with below error in rulerunner logs
t:12E8 p:798CF8 Error: ExecuteCode: Thread #[0] connection level exception, no more servers [CRRSWrapper::RunCreateBatch] [CRRSWrapper::RunCreateBatch: Check for possible backup TMS server.].
