Abstract
In the Edit Job Properties window, two check boxes named "Input Manually" have been added for the "Operator" and "Stored Operator" lists/fields.
Content
The Input manually check box status can be any one of the following two states:
- Clear: Clear the check box to select one operator from the list. It lists only users added to Datacap, but not LDAP users.
- Select: Select the check box to enter the operator name manually.
Note: The check box is not selected if the input user name is valid, and hence, the logged in user must ensure that there is a valid user name.
To type a user name when editing a batch, complete the following steps:
- Go to Job Monitor.
- Locate the batch where you want to manually enter the user name.
- Click Edit Job.
- In the Edit Job Properties window, two Input manually check boxes are displayed at the right side of Operator and Stored Operator lists.

- If you select the Input manually check box, the list changes to text box, and you can enter any value.

- Click Apply to save, and show the new value for the batch.
