Troubleshooting
Problem
Since switching from HTTP to HTTPS (enabled SSL) in the Datacap for Mobile application, the upload of a batch from an Android device fails. When performing the same upload with the same data over HTTP (SSL not enabled), everything works fine.
Symptom
The error occurs when the following two conditions were met at the same time:
1. The page is viewed as HTTPS (SSL enabled).
AND
2. IBM Datacap for Mobile Android application is used on any Android mobile device.
