"The Database Version does not match" error when trying to import structures

Troubleshooting

Problem

User clicks 'Transfer - Import Structures'. User tries to import structures which was originally exported from an older version of Controller (older database schema). User receives error messsage.

Symptom

The Database Version does not match. The Database version required is 712. The Import Structure File has the Version 710. The Import will not proceed until Database Versions are equal.

TIP: 712 and 710 are just examples of database schema versions - the numbers will vary between Controller versions. See attached file "1042101_1-Controller Versions vs Database Schema Versions.pdf" for many examples of database schema versions.
