In the installation sections for Rule Team Server (RTS) and Rule Execution Server (RES) the "Enforcing database user permissions" step contains information about granting permissions on "ANY" INDEX, SEQUENCE, TABLE and so on. Is it required to assign "ANY" permission to the user?
