Problem
The database configuration parameter, for example LOGARCHMETH1, is not updated immediately when using the UPDATE DATABASE CONFIGURATION command.
Symptom
The DB2 information center indicates that LOGARCHMETH1 is a parameter that is configurable online. However, when checked with the "db2 get db cfg show detail" output, the update is reflected only in the "delayed" column.
