Dashboard not loading after updating to Cognos Analytics 11.2.0

Troubleshooting


Problem

After updating to Cognos Analytics 11.2.0, when loading Dashboard, a spinning icon shows for a long duration.
It will eventually time out and show an error saying:
"Unable to load requested view. Displaying home view instead."

Symptom

Using Browser debug network mode (F12), tracing the Dashboard loading identified an HTTP 404 loading "zoom-in_16.js".
