CWBSY1009 - A user exit program defined for the security server caused an error when trying to connect to the IBM i System using IBM i Access for Windows.

Resolving The Problem

CWBSY1009 - A user exit program defined for the security server caused an error when trying to connect to the IBM i System using IBM i Access for Windows.

Usually this points to a problem with an exit program that is installed to the QIBM_QZSO_SIGNONSRV exit point. From an operating system command line, type WRKREGINF and use Option 8, Work with exit programs, next to the QIBM_QZSO_SIGNONSRV exit point. If an exit program is installed, remove the exit program or contact the OEM vendor of the exit program to investigate why it is blocking this access.
