A more detailed description of the APIs can be found on this wiki page. Which includes details behind each operation including input parameters and output.

API Prerequisites:

  • The Brand CSR group must register the customer as a vendor in the Customer Hub
  • The brand CSR group will provide the Customer Hub customer ID and vendor ID to the customer which is required for making the API calls
  • The customer must establish authentication with the Customer Hub either through basic authentication or OAuth

Below describes each of the different API services that the Customer Hub offers:

  • Customer Management ? These APIs are used to perform administration operations for the customer organization (eg registering or suspending customers)
  • Subscriber Management - Use these APIs to perform administrative operations for subscribers for example adding subscribers removing subscribers and entitling subscribers to subscriptions.
  • Subscription Management - Use these APIs to perform administrative operations on subscriptions for example creating or removing subscriptions for customers.
  • Authorization - Use these APIs to manage credentials for example changing and resetting passwords.
  • Authentication - Use these APIs to manage user roles.
