Problem
When starting VTAM the following messages are received: [
CSV019I Requested module ISTCFCR2 not accessed in non-APF library-concatenation CSV028I ABEND306-0C]
Cause
This results from having a non-authorized library in the VTAMLIB DD concatenation in the PROC used to start VTAM.
Resolving The Problem
Use the MVS command SETPROG to dynamically APF authorize the dataset.
For example:
- SETPROG APF,ADD,DSNAME=SYS1.VTAMLIB,VOLUME=xxxxxxxx
