Problem
User is attempting to perform a function within the SCLM environment. That attempt is getting the subject error message.
Symptom
CSV003I REQUESTED MODULE SELECT NOT FOUND
CSV028I ABEND806-04 JOBNAME=USER1 STEPNAME=TSOPROC
And possibly:
IRX0250E System abend code 806, reason code 00000004.
IRX0255E Abend in host command SELECT or address environment routine ISPEXEC.
Cause
The project definition being used has a translator or exit point defined that is intended to invoke a function by using the ISPF SELECT service. However, the associated CALLMETH value (xxxxxCM for exit specifications) does not specify ISPLNK. So the system is trying to load a module named SELECT instead of using the ISPF SELECT service.
Resolving The Problem
Correct the FLMTRNSL statement in the Language Definition or the exit specification on the FLMCTRL statement to have the correct call method.
