Troubleshooting
Problem
When executing a report in IBM Cognos Express, the reports are failing for all users from the Active Directory Namespace, with a CST-AOM-0016 error. The reports can be executed successfully by all users from the default IBM Cognos Express namespace.
Symptom
Error "CST-AOM-0016 A SAX error with the message 'Expected end of tag 'SOAP-ENV:Envelope'' occurred while processing the request. CST-AOM-0016 A SAX error with the message 'Expected end of tag 'SOAP-ENV:Envelope'' occurred while processing the request." when running a report.
