Problem

You are setting up IBM MQ to use SSL. You receive the following errors in the CHIN log: ICH408I USER(CSQJCHIN) GROUP(xxxxxx) NAME(####################) IRR.DIGTCERT.LISTRING CL(FACILITY) INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY ACCESS INTENT(READ ) ACCESS ALLOWED(NONE ) +CSQX625E CSQXSRVS System SSL error, function 'gsk_initialize' RC=-17 IEA794I SVC DUMP HAS CAPTURED: DUMPID=002 REQUESTED BY JOB (CSQJCHIN) DUMP TITLE=CSQJ,ABN= 5C6-00E70053,C=R3600.710.CHIN , LOC=CSQXSRVI.CSQXSRVI+00654 +CSQX151I CSQXSSLI 0 SSL server subtasks started, 2 failed

Symptom

Another symptom that may be seen is:

+CSQX625E CSQXSRVS System SSL error, function '. 0' RC=416

Return code 416 means "Permission denied".
