In CSLOGISTIC, can you change the reference category for independent variables?

Troubleshooting

Problem

I'm using the syntax below to run complex samples logistic regressions in SPSS v15.0. Is it possible to change the reference category for the independent variables? (The default is that it uses the highest category.) Is it true that the 'LOW' in the odds ratios line of the syntax only affects the odds ratio table?
