Problem
User gets below error while accessing the Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization Application.
IBMid
Your request cannot be processed.
CSIAQ0287E - The system cannot process your request because the Transaction has been idle for too long.
Symptom
User tries to login to the Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization, the user may be a new user or existing user
Cause
This issue is caused because the user is trying to access the application using a bookmark that was saved from their existing session.
Resolving The Problem
The issue can be resolved by following :
1. Close all open browsers.
2. Clear all browser cache/cookies
3. Open Incognito/Private Session on the browser.
4. Do not use any bookmarked URL to access the MRO IO and instead copy and paste the direct MRO IO URL into the browser : https://{client}.maximomro.ibmiot.ibm.com/
5. If user wants to bookmark the URL, they should use the exact URL to bookmark as in Step # 4 and not the URL that is copied from another session.
