Problem
Starting the BI server or even opening up cognos configuration generate a java core dmp in the bin directory
Symptom
(1) Starting BI server in cognos configuration ends with error :
Cyptography - Java Heap Space
(2) Test of configuration in cognos configuration or start up of BI server will generate a java core dmp in the bin directory (This is a 32bit 10.2.1 install)
