Troubleshooting
Problem
We have a grouped list report based on a powerplay cube. The first 2 fields are Country Code & Country Desc. The report is grouped on the country code, and a footer for the "Country Code" group has been enabled in the layout. In this footer we put the country code with the description like 'Total For 1-USA', but doing this generates an error. The 'Member Description' field is checked in the properties of the list so that is not the cause of this issue.
Symptom
CRX-API-0005 An error on or around the position '0'. The variable named
'[Query1].[Member Description]' is
invalid.
