This document describes how to avoid getting message CPD7902 on LF38 files (System/38 Logical Files).
Resolving The Problem
CRTLF is getting CPD7902 and the file is in the library list.
Error Message CPD7902
Message . . . . : File specified on keyword not found.
Recovery . . . : Change the file or library name specified on the keyword to the name of a file that exists on the system, and then try the request again.
LF38 is a logical file for System/38. If CRTLF is for LF38, this submits the CRTLF with a job description rather than current library. The solution to this problem is to qualify the physical file with library name when creating a logical file using CRTLF, as follows:
