Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to access projects and create artifacts in IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (RDNG) result in an error 500.
Symptom
When accessing a project, the full error message is as follows:
"Unable to determine whether you have permission to access a project.
ID CRRRW7291E Your permissions for access to the project could not be retrieved from the server. Your user information might not be configured correctly.
