[CRRIT8251E] Zip bomb error when using Excel test data

Troubleshooting

Problem

Attempts to use some XLSX files as Excel Data Source in IBM Rational Integration Tester (RIT) fail with "Zip bomb detected!" error

Symptom

In Test Factory, when you click Refresh to preview the Excel Data Source you see the following error:
[CRRIT8251E] Error loading the selected file 'file.xlsx". Zip bomb detected!
The file would exceed the max. ratio of compressed file size to the size of the expanded data.
This may indicate that the file is used to inflate memory usage and thus could pose a security risk.
You can adjust this limit via ZipSecureFile.setMinInflateRatio() if you need to work with files which exceed this limit.
Uncompressed size: 794745, Raw/compressed size: 7946, ratio: 0.009998
Limits: MIN_INFLATE_RATIO: 0.010000, Entry: xl/styles.xml
A similar error is seen when the test data is accessed in a test or stub.
