Troubleshooting
Problem
When you run the IBM® Rational® Asset Manager (RAM) Setup application to configure RAM v7.5.4.9 and IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) v7.0.1 with an Oracle® database, you get the CRRAM3026E error.
Symptom
The complete error message is as follows:
CRRAM3026E - In Rational Team Concert, the information about the user
ramadmin is not configured correctly. Select Configure server.
