Problem
Cross Reference table not working for Screen Entry map
Symptom
- Gentran:Server for Windows 5.0
- Gentran:Server for Windows 5.1
- Documentation states that Cross Reference and Look Up tables can be used in Forms Integration
- For a screen entry translation object, the system displays a list that allows you to select the entry from the table.
- The value that is keyed in is output
- The table value specified in the outbound element of the map is not used
- Attempting to read a value from a field, run a Standard Rule using a Select command on the value and place the result back in the same field.
No error message is sent. The value that is entered via the Workspace Screen Entry (Document Editor) is output, rather than it using the Select Standard rule defined on the element in the Forms Integration Map Editor
