Troubleshooting
Problem
IBM Installation Manager throws "Error during "post-install configure" phase" during installation of IBM Rational Functional Tester.
Symptom
The full error message is as follows.
Error executing during "post-install configure" phase. CRIMA1076E: Error executing "C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP\FunctionalTester\installscripts\installInternal.bat" operation (status=255).
See agent output log for more information: C:\ProgramDSata\IBM\Installation Manager\logs\native\yyyymmdd_hhmm.log
You can see the following message in the logs.
LogInfo - THIS_BATCH_FILES_DIR is C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP\FunctionalTester\installscripts\
=== CheckFileExistance "C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP\FunctionalTester\installscripts\rreg.exe"
\IBM\SDP\FUNCTI~1\INSTAL~1\rreg.exe was unexpected at this time. The path in bold in the example is incomplete. The path does not contain the initial "C:\Program Files (x86)".
