Creating XML document as fragments causes validation errors ( also in the cases of migrating from Websphere Studio Application Developer (WSAD) )

Question

In the previous version of Rational Application Developer (RAD) like WSAD 5.x, it was possible to create XML documents as fragments and then include them in the main XML file. For example Create repository_user.xml file with the following content =======================Begin repository_user.xml ========================== =======================End repository_user.xml ===================== And include that in the main repository.xml file as below . ===============Begin repository.xml ============== ]> &user; ===============End repository.xml ============== This is how a fragmented XML gets created. However, with RAD 6 and RAD 7 validators, these fragments throw validation errors. Typical errors are The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.
