How do I create an IBM ID on the IBM Support website?
Answer
To create an ID on the IBM website, do the following:
1. Go to https://www-930.ibm.com/support/esc/signin.jsp
2. Click on the register now link.
3. Enter all relevant information. Use your Netezza e-mail address for the ID.
4. Click Continue. The My IBM registration Step 2 of 2 page appears.
5. Enter your information in the required fields and click Submit.
6. Click Continue.
7. On the Electronic Service Call page, log in using your new IBMid.
