Troubleshooting
Problem
You try to save save an IBM MQ multi-instance queue manager IFS directory and you receive message CPD3775.
Symptom
Enduser has created a multi-instance queue manager and tries to save the IFS directory to a savefile from the /QNTC file system. Messages CPD3775 and CPC3715 are generated from the SAV command.
Command issued:

OBJ(('/QNTC/SERVER1/QIBM/UserData/mqm/qmgrs/IBMTEST'))
Cannot save or restore /QNTC/SERVER1/QIBM/UserData/mqm/qmgrs/IBMTEST.
No objects saved, all objects were excluded.
Message ID . . . . . . : CPD3775
Message . . . . : Cannot save or restore /QNTC/SERVER1/QIBM/UserData/mqm/qmgrs/IBMTEST.
Cause . . . . . : The system does not allow object /QNTC/SERVER1/QIBM/UserData/mqm/qmgrs/IBMTEST to be saved or restored.
Recovery . . . : If you are saving or restoring the entire system, no
recovery is necessary.
Otherwise, do one of the following and try the request again:
-- If /QNTC/SERVER1/QIBM/UserData/mqm/qmgrs/IBMTEST is a directory, specify objects in the directory.
-- If it is not a directory, specify the directory that contains the object.

Message . . . . : No objects saved, all objects were excluded. Cause . . . . . : Objects were excluded from the save for the following reasons:

-- 0 objects were excluded because they did not meet the requirements specified on the PATTERN parameter.
