cpd-install-operator pod in Init:CrashLoopBackOff state due to Argument list too long error

Problem

cpd-install-operator Pod stuck in Init:CrashLoopBackOff status

Symptom

If you run the following command:

oc get po cpd-install-operator-9845c55cc-ld9lg -n zen 
You can see Init:CrashLoopBackOff returned, just like blow:
NAME READY STATUS RESTARTS AGE cpd-install-operator-9845c55cc-ld9lg 0/1 Init:CrashLoopBackOff 12 41m 
If you run the following command to  the cpd-install-init container, "Argument list too long" errors returns.
oc logs cpd-install-operator-9845c55cc-ld9lg -c cpd-install-init
sudo: unable to execute /bin/chown: Argument list too long
sudo: unable to execute /bin/chmod: Argument list too long
