Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller client. User receives error message.

Symptom

The exact error message will vary slightly depending on circumstances and the operating system language used. Below are some examples:

Main client (CCR.EXE):
Error Details
Could not load file or assembly 'ControllerCache, Version=10.1.1305.0. Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=ed57dxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
