Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer has recently patched/upgraded Controller. Administrator launches 'Cognos Configuration' and presses 'start' (to start the 'IBM Cognos' service. An error appears.
Symptom
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit
Error: Port Library failed to initialize: expected major version 63, actual version is 67
