How to convert a SDL system to a Statechart diagram?
Answer
An SDL system can be converted into its respective Statechart diagram following the steps listed below:
- Open the SDL system in the Organizer
- Select State Overview from the Generate menu
- Check the option "Show as state charts" and hit OK button

The Statechart diagram is saved with a .ssc file extension. The .ssc file can be opened from:
- The Organizer by selecting File -> open
- Using the State Chart Editor from Tools -> Editors
Browsing through the Statecharts can be done using the "Diagrams" menu in the State Chart (SC) Editor.
The License feature required to extract such Statechart drawings and viewings is SDT-OME.
