Converting a Blueworks Live License to a Different User Type

General Page

Blueworks Live offers 4 license types: Editor, Contributor, Viewer, and Community Member.
Licenses can be converted to a different type by the account admin in the Blueworks Live admin console.
They are listed below:
  • Editors can create, copy, modify, and publish artifacts, such as process blueprints and apps, and automate and launch process apps. They can add comments on blueprint processes, and they can configure, launch, and participate in the work.
  • Contributors can create, configure, launch, and view process apps as well as participate in the work. They can also view process blueprints, decisions, and policies.
  • Viewers can view policies, published processes, published decisions, and playbacks of published processes. They cannot view process apps or participate in work, and they have no access to blogs, posts, or the activity Streams.
  • Community members can participate in spaces by creating and editing posts, and they can see the activity Streams associated with those spaces. They cannot participate in work or view the published decisions, process blueprints, or policies. There is no charge for Community membership.

Account admins can convert a user's license, for example, from Contributor to Editor in Blueworks Live Admin Console > User Management tab.

Select the user and use the slider to select the appropriate license type:
