Problem
Our reporting portal is a global application and timestamps of all transaction is stored in GMT timezone. User would like to have the function to convert the transaction timestamp according to their personal preference timezone setting in IBM Cognos ReportNet. Is there a function in ReportNet or Cognos 8 which would allow us to do this automatically?
