Troubleshooting
Problem
User clicks "Company - Data Entry - Reported Values". User chooses a form (and selects relevant parameters) and clicks 'Open'.
- The Data Entry form appears inside Excel.
User clicks on a cell, and enters a value. User clicks 'Save'.
- An error appears.
