"Controller COM+ Application was not found. Section is disabled" error when using 'Controller Configuration' caused by installation failure triggered by Anti-virus blocking VBS scripts

Troubleshooting


Problem

Customer installs Controller server (on their application server). Afterwards, I.T. administrator launches 'Controller Configuration' and opens 'COM+ server' section.
An error appears.
