Contributor web error when saving or opening

Troubleshooting


Problem

When attempting to save their work, or in some circumstances, when attempting to open the Contributor Web application, users see the following error message, and their work is lost: Contributor Web Client Event Handler (errorAppServerErrorUnknown) Error information was returned from the server ________________________________________ Further Information Component error: (0x80040561) Component description: Failed HRESULT [0x80040561] :web site URI stem not specified Script catching error: GenericRequestServerImpl.cpp:perform:139 ________________________________________ All other errors/error stack: (errorCatch) planning21.htm::onMessageRequest
