Contracts Tab Table

The Contracts tab displays thefollowing columns in the results table:

Alert

Shows whether an alert is attached to the contract. An exclamationmark icon displays in the Alert column if the contract has an alertattached.

The Alert column is not shown by default. To showthe column click Customize Table.

Note

Displays a note icon if there is a note attached to a contract.

Toview the note select the contract and click Notes/History.The Notes/History page opens. Click the Notes tab.

Contract

Displays the name of the contract.

Contract Type

Displays the type of contract such as Shipper and Carrier.

Payor

Displays the shipper organization that pays the invoice.

Effective Date

Displays the effective date of the contract.

The sectionsand lanes of a contract inherit the effective date of the contractwhich shipper administrators can override with a later date.

Expiration Date

Displays the expiration date of the contract if defined.

Ifdashes (--/--/--) are displayed for the expiration date then an expirationdate was not defined for the contract. Contracts without expirationdates are sometimes referred to as evergreen contracts.

Active State

Displays the current status of the contract. The ActiveState can be either of the following states:

  • Active
  • Inactive
