Shippers and carriers can use the Contract Management modulein Sterling TMS.
Carriers can use the following tabs in Contract Management:
- Contracts
Shippers and carriers can view contract information and proposecontract changes.
- Requested Changes
Shippers and carriers can respond to contract proposal requests.
- Rate Guide
Shippers and carriers can search for active rates for shippinglanes.
Use the Search fields to create custom searchesand set a default search. Use the buttons on each tab to work withyour search results.
The Options button is available in every Sterling TMS module includingContract Management. You can set your preferences for general optionssuch as your preferred currency or date format.
Currencies in Contract Management
To helpyou support international business Sterling TMS allows shippersand carriers to track transportation costs in multiple currencies.In Contract Management all costs are shown in the currency definedin the contract that was used to calculate the shipment rate.
