Content is not allowed in prolog when importing mobile xml

Troubleshooting


Problem

Importing mobile xml's fails with Unknown application error.

Symptom

The import command will say unable to export application MOBILEWO or "Unknown application name: MOBILEWO". The Maximo application logs will show

[ERROR] Failed to export Mobile Application meta data for MOBILEWO
