Console charting shows CPU usage values of greater than 100% when connected to a VMWare hypervisor

Troubleshooting


Problem

We use "CPU used" as reported from the VMWare hypervisor to make autonomic decisions, so we report the values of "CPU used" as they come from the hypervisor exactly.
