"The connection was reset" while generating PDF output (CheckPoint VPN)

Troubleshooting


Problem

Generating PDF output in Cognos Analytics, while connected to a CheckPoint VPN endpoint, the PDF is not generated, and the browser displays an error "The connection was reset".

Users connected directly to the network, with no VPN, are not affected.
