Symptom
In Rational Software Architect in a "Work Item" perspective.
- Go to create a repository connection
- Attempt to connect to the Rational Team Concert Repository and you will receive an error:
CRJAZ2384E Cannot connect to the repository at URL "https://<yourserver>:9443/jazz", see the nested exception for more details.
