Problem
Connect:Direct Windows File Agent submits a file for processing before the file is completed in the Watch Directory
Symptom
File is inbound to Windows from z/OS using FTP. File is being written directly to the watch directory. File Agent submits the process for this inbound file before the file has been completely transferred by FTP. Submitted process fails because file is open and locked by FTP.
Error MessageLSFN001I - Unable to open file - Fdbk=32.
LCPS002I - Source file open failed. Fdbk=32.
