Summary
The API for the BIM Forge Viewer in Maximo for Civil Infrastructure uses the security protocol Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.1 for data privacy and integration. If you are using Maximo for Civil Infrastructure with a WebSphere Application Server, to use the Forge Viewer to view your 3D BIM data in Maximo for Civil Infrastructure, you must update the security settings in the Webshpere® Application Server to use TLS version 1.2.
In addition, the Forge Viewer service uses a VeriSign signed certificate. You must also import the VeriSign signed certificate that is used by the Forge Viewer service into the WebSphere trust store.
