An introduction to the Tealeaf UI Capture SDK, with links to a video and official reference documentation
Answer
IMPORTANT: the Tealeaf UI Capture SDK should be configured, tested, and validated by IBM Professional Services or by an approved IBM Business Partner before use in a production environment. The documentation on this page is provided as is by the IBM Tealeaf support team as a resource for training and enablement. It is not a substitute for engaging a professional.
Documentation for the Tealeaf UI Capture SDK (hereafter, UIC) can be found on IBM developerWorks . The resources on this page aim to provide a hands on introduction to the UIC, and a working version you can use for testing. Refer to the documentation for more in depth information.
Video - a hands on introduction to configuring the UIC (12 mins, mp4, 27 MB)
UIC 5.4.1 file used as example in the video (129 K)
When working with the UIC the browser developer tools are very useful for checking on configuration settings and validating that the library is working as expected. The Fiddler web proxy tool is also a great resource, as it allows you to inspect the payloads sent by the UIC to Tealeaf, as well as test modifications to the UIC in a non-intrusive way by using its AutoResponder feature.
Video - using the Chrome browser Developer Tools to troubleshoot the UIC (8 mins, mp4, 21 MB)
Video - using Fiddler and the AutoResponder to troubleshoot the UIC (13 mins, mp4, 34 MB)
