Problem
Attempts to configure the Public URI in step one of the Setup menu for IBM Rational Team Concert results in Loading configuration settings... and hangs there.
Symptom
When accessing the setup menu of Rational Team Concert, step one is to configure the Public URI of the Jazz Team Server. When the Public URI is saved, the page indicates Loading Configuration Settings but hangs indefinitely.
