Question

Is it possible to use Office 365 with Email Listener in Maximo?

Answer

Office 365 refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other services enabled over the Internet (cloud services) such as Exchange Online hosted email.

Office 365 was not available when secure email (SSL/TLS) was implemented in Maximo
version 7.5. Office 365 is implementing TLS in a different way than other standard protocols and
doesn't use the default SMTP port that Maximo requires. Office 365 is not officially supported for setting up secure Email Listener in Maximo, but you may be able to configure it successfully by following the steps in the document on:
