Problem
Attempts to run the setup wizard results in error CRJAZ1579E while configuring the database for IBM Rational Team Concert.
Symptom
The following error is displayed in the Rational Team Concert setup wizard after an attempt is made to test the connection:
The configuration test resulted in errors. Resolve errors to continue.
