Problem
Configure the HTTP Server for Maximo attachments results in the following error when testing opening a file.
Error 404: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /test.txt
The error happens when accessing the file from the http://myenvironment/test.txt in web browser.
In this scenario, the test.txt is a text file at attachment folder.
